Project Initiation

Monitoring & Controlling

During project execution, C.LLC provides a comprehensive Earned Value Analysis to guarantee project is executed on time and within the budget.

Schedule Management

C.LLC delivers the project schedule defining the methodology (path), activities, tasks, resources, duration, and control in a management plan.

Resource Management

C.LLC provides a thorough Resource Management Plan, identifying the: required competencies of human resources, protocol for human resource allocation into project teams, and methodologies and tools used to manage project teams.

Procurement Management

C.LLC provides a Procurement Management Plan that identifies all materials and contractors needed. How, when, what, why, and where such purchases are made is documented. Procurement is conducted using RFPs and payment structures. Contracts are awarded, with the approval of your legal team, based on project Requirements and Specifications documents . Procurements are controlled, monitored, and evaluated to assure alignment with contracts and Project Management Plan. Procurements are closed when project is completed.

GIS Modeling

C.LLC develops GIS models using raw various software platforms such as ArcMap/GIS to visualize data over spatial and temporal boundaries.

Regional/Master Planning

C.LLC accepts (and bids on RFPs for) regional and master planning projects geared towards physical and/or socio-economic development of entire regions or countries.

Rural Development Planning

C.LLC accepts (and bids on RFPs for) rural planning projects geared towards physical and/or socio-economic development that improve urban-rural linkages.

Data Acquisition

C.LLC acquires and analyzes data physical and social data using traditional and technologically advanced methods.

Project Planning

Plan the project’s success and potential failure. C.LLC delivers all documents, statements and plans required within the Project Management Plan.

Project Closure

Project finalization is executed. C.LLC delivers final report including the finalization of all project contracts, documents, plans, statements, designs, drawings, and liabilities. Resources are released and lessons learned are documented.

Cost Management

Obtain a comprehensive Cost Management Plan with cost estimates, Budget Management Plan, Cost Variance calculations, and Cost Performance Index. Changes in cost are monitored to ensure project execution is done considering project budgetary constraints and requirements.

Communications Management

C.LLC provides a comprehensive Communications Management Plan considering your project’s communication needs. Communication channels and frequency is managed and controlled to facilitate effective communication to across all stakeholders of a project.

Stakeholder Management

We deliver a comprehensive Stakeholder Management Plan including the stakeholder register and management and control plan to ensure stakeholder impact facilitates project success.

Urban Design

C.LLC uses CAD, GIS, HAZUS, and other modeling tools to visualize and/or simulate urban designs supporting planning projects. C.LLC is not a construction firm nor contractor, and so does not take Design/Build contracts.

Environmental Planning

C.LLC accepts (and bids on RFPs for) environmental management and planning projects geared towards sustainable urban development.

Economic Development Planning

C.LLC accepts (and bids on RFPs for) economic planning projects geared towards physical and/or socio-economic development of disadvantaged communities, countries, and regions.

Surveying

C.LLC survey study areas to acquire physical, natural and social data necessary to execute research and/or projects.

Project Execution

C.LLC oversees project execution delivering all documents, statements, and plans in Project Status Updates and Stakeholder Communications. Cost analysis, schedule analysis, and analysis of project alignment with Project Management Plan is included.

Scope Management

C.LLC executes project scope management that delivers the project’s: Requirements, Scope Statement, Definition, and Control, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and Verification and Validation Metrics.

Quality Management

C.LLC delivers comprehensive Quality Management Plans using PMI metric formulas to measure project success and failure rates to facilitate Quality Control and Quality Assurance.

Risk Management

C.LLC delivers a Risk Management Plan that identifies all risks with significant impacts. Risks are analyzed, controlled, and mitigated with preemptive response plans.

Final Report

Allow C.LLC to facilitate project closure with the delivery of the project’s final report. A comprehensive evaluation of your project is conducted including root cause analysis of project successes and failures. Cost, Schedule, and all other change requests are analyzed to determine root causes.

Urban Planning

C.LLC accepts and bids on RFPs for urban planning projects geared towards physical and/or socio-economic urban development.

Transportation Planning

C.LLC accepts (and bids on RFPs for) transportation planning projects geared towards improving urban connectivity both physically and socioeconomically.
